ORANGE COUNTY SPECIAL PRIMARY ELECTION
VOTE-BY-MAIL SCHEDULE
The Orange County Supervisor of Elections Office will use the following schedule for all returned Vote-by-Mail Ballots for the June 24, 2025, Special Primary Election for Senate District 15 and House District 40. The processes listed below will be conducted at 119 West Kaley Street, Orlando.
Those wishing to observe the signature verification process must make a reservation in advance. Observation reservations can be made by accessing our reservation service by visiting our website, www.ocfelections.gov, select Elections menu, the Canvassing Board. The reservation link will be made available, June 1, 2025. Details regarding the observation outline can be found on the reservation page.
Public viewing of ballots received and ready for processing, and the processing of the accepted ballots do not require reservations.
Times may change leading up to the election. Please consult our website in advance.
Public Viewing Dates and Times
June 12 Vote-by-Mail Public Viewing #1 8 am – 9 am
June 18 Vote-by-Mail Public Viewing #2 8 am – 9 am
June 24 Vote-by-Mail Public Viewing #3 8 am – 9 am
The WaitWhile appointment scheduler will be available effective Sunday June 1, 2025, for scheduling signature observation appointments. Appointment times will be offered 24 hours in advance. Additional dates/times may be added based on volume of vote-by-mail returns.
June 2 Signature Verification Observation 10 am – 12 pm
June 3 Signature Verification Observation 10 am – 12 pm
June 4 Signature Verification Observation 10 am – 12 pm
June 9 Signature Verification Observation 10 am – 12 pm
June 10 Signature Verification Observation 10 am – 12 pm
June 11 Signature Verification Observation 10 am – 12 pm
June 16 Signature Verification Observation 10 am – 12 pm
June 17 Signature Verification Observation 10 am – 12 pm
June 18 Signature Verification Observation 10 am – 12 pm
June 23 Signature Verification Observation 10 am – 12 pm

Vote-by-Mail Ballot Processing and Duplication begins on June 16th through June 24th and will continue as needed.
June 16 – June 20 Ballot Duplication Observation 9 am - 4pm
June 23 Ballot Duplication Observation Conduct as necessary
June 24 Ballot Duplication Observation Conduct as necessary
