NOTICE: The City of Ocoee Special Election scheduled June 13, 2023, for City Commissioner District 4 was rescinded by Resolution No. 2023-06 on May 2, 2023, at the City Commission Meeting. Resolution No. 2023-06 calls instead for a General Election on March 19, 2024, to coincide with the Orange County Municipal Election Day and the Presidential Preference Primary, for the election for District 4 Commission Seat, Proposed Amendments to City Charter, and any other matters requiring a Municipal Election. Early voting for all municipalities with an election will be held only at our office at 119 W Kaley Street.

Public Tests
Per Florida Statutes, our office conducts public testing of tabulating equipment before each election.
