Vote-by-Mail Note

After December 31, 2022, all vote-by-mail requests expired. If you would like to receive a vote-by-mail ballot for any elections now through the 2024 election cycle, you will have to submit a new vote-by-mail request.

Early Voting

Winter Garden

The City of Winter Garden will conduct Early Voting at the Office of the Supervisor of Elections, 119 W Kaley St. Orlando FL 32806 Monday, April 8th - Friday, April 12th from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. *

* Sec. 2-255. - Early voting opt out. The City of Winter Garden hereby exercises its right to exempt itself from the provisions of F.S. § 101.657, and shall contract with the Orange County Supervisor of Elections to conduct early voting for the City of Winter Garden at the Orange County Supervisor of Elections Office. (Ord. No. 08-40, § 2, 8-14-08)
